I decided to try a video blog (vlog) for the first time. I learned a couple things. 1) It takes a long time to upload, so I need to start early. 2) I don't look that great on camera.
Anyway, I hope it works. If it doesn't, I'll try again another day soon. If it works, and people seem to like it, I might try it more often. Take care!

Jason, I am so proud of you for trying out the whole Vlog thing! It can't be easy especially when talking about things like that. It was really good to see you and I want to encourage you in what you are sharing, with your writing and with your video. It isn't easy, but don't feel like it is stupid, there are a lot of people out there that struggle with mental illness and if you are there to help them that is awesome!
